i have my amp mounted in a similar way, pretty sich huh. haha i like it.

its the perfect spot for it, really. leaves it a little more open to being spotted, but the screws aren't too easy to take out. i wanted to put my old amp there, but it was like 1.5 times the size. very happy with how it came out though.

sick little set up, only sketchy thing is people can see it, i mounted my sub box to a L shaped piece of mdf that has the 2 amps under there snug and have it screwed to the floor just an idea, had the same set up in my buddies truck when we rolled didnt move a bit haha, what do u have for sub?

i'm not too worried about it getting stolen. i live in a gated community for the time being, and when i move back to school she's living in the garage.

i have a resonant engineering REX10D4 sub in a 10" truck box.

nice, yea same thing for me. i didnt have to worry at home about it, but since it sits in hsu's parking lot, i went and had an alarm installed.

I hit 100 on a dry lake bed this afternoon after being in the desert for a race. Had a ton of fun, we did a night run till 2 am to watch a lightening storm. It was so awesome! I need to make my shocks stiffer in the front and back, get hydraulic bump stops, and fiberglass bedsides. Stock fenders vs 33s = 33s winning. I creased the hell out of the bedside on the driver's side and cracked the paint in a lot of places on both sides. But thanks to TomN I have headrests now, they're perfect!

We volunteered for the organization holding the race and did mobile patrol for 5 miles of the course. 15 min after the start of the race one buggy rolled 4 or 5 times at 55mph. They were ok, but it was wicked to watch. Then driving back to the freeway it started dumping rain, which means I don't need to wash my truck anymore lol
