Wtf are those misalignments made out of? Either you're using a lot of heat, or they're cheese dick cheap material.
Lol, I know the basics, I just wish someone had some good pics of it & put it in the guide. But thanks anyways. My fuel pump has a very high pitch noise for about 2years now, i'm just waiting for it to die but it wont lol.

According to one of my first topic's on here (made Dec 2011) its been this way for at least 1.5years. And people told me that it only had a few more months if that. And they were WRONG!!!!! lol

got another spare last night. 33/9.50, super skinny! idc so long as its the same height, should be easier to store anyway. my room mate should have a stock ranger rim for me to use. but with me getting another spare comes the desire for another tire gate.. ill either be going with a jeep style one that stands straight up right behind the tailgate (making my shell and tailgate useable while having a tire gate) or designing a tailgate with a spare tire mount in it. basically it would be a swing out gate like my last one but it would sit lower and allow for the shell to be used. the spare will sit flat if i go that route. trying to get a cad program through work but i dont think it will happen. guess its getting drawn up by hand!

also picked up a panty droppin gas tank crossmember to allow the rear end to droop out all the way. even powdercoated silver..

exhaust got done last night, now running a super 44 dumped. so much quieter than the straight pipe i had.

If you use the a camper top I think the vertical tire carrier would look better/ be more practical. I want to build one with a jerry can and an ammo can.

I wanted to use these as the hinges

I like this, but I wouldn't make it out of solid plate.

Good example

Ex. Of hinges
I also wanted to see how the tubing from fencing would work too. The zinc coated dirt cheap stuff from home depot. The vertical tire style one will probably work fine with this tubing, but the other tire carrier with the tire on a angle the tubing will probably kink because of the bends.
Thought I'd share my cheapskate ideeerrsss

thought of using a leaf spring main end to use for the swing gate but i think ill use something a little different. if i do the standup swing gate it will be mounted to the bumper. if i use a lay down swing out it will be mounted similar to my last one, right where the tailgate used to be.
