theyre still sitting in a box. was so close to getting my last oem housing apart so i could take the clear lens, aaaandd then i broke it. ive got a new lens in the mail and once thats here ill reseal em both. think i need to replace my ballasts too, starting to flicker and sometimes they dont fire up.

just found out my brake line at the rear axle is leaking. one more thing to deal with.. fuck.

Mo my back drivers drum cylinder is fucked and my front axle doesn't have any fluid left in it... not sure why lol but it drained itself....

fixed it already, bad hard line. replaced it with one from the 7.5.

also got my rear shock mounts done thanks to ryan. truck drives like normal again, got to thrash it a bit with the new gears. i love ls and low gears, feels amazing.

All kidding aside. I swear I saw a build thread a while back on one of these sites where a guy upgraded his L/S with ceramic clutch material. I would assume OE is either all organic or maybe semi-metalic.

Maybe I am on "the organic" stuff.

mine was also a drug reference lol. anyway..

pics of the new 8.8, complete now with shock mounts.

got a new headunit, just an updated version of what i had.

also picked up a new amp for my door speakers. twas a funny story..

asked a guy at an audio shop how much they wanted for an amp on the clearance table, he said $150. came back later and asked a different guy the same question, he said $80. so now i have a new amp for my door speakers haha.
