decided to part my 8.8 out and go a different route. it has 3.08 gears, open carrier with a mini spool (28 spline), fresh fluid. idk how the brake pads are but they were fine on the PO's truck when he ran it. i bought this like 2 months ago and its just been sitting. im willing to take it all apart and sell things separate or ill sell the whole thing as is.

mini spool - $45
gears - $35
housing - $60

for the whole thing pm me for price.

update:

scored some fully boxed shackles (mig'd)

and some random pics from the meet:

got 4 brand new in box 15x8 cragars for $140

mocked up

got the ruffstuff cover cleaned up, it looked so good bare metal im gonna keep it that way. clear coated to prevent rust.

threw in the fabbed shackles so i can get to selling my beltech 6400s (40 shipped anywhere in the lower 48), theyll be flipped soon when i get ahold of some 64s.

also made up my license plate mount for the rear and some new light tabs for the front bumper.

notched to fit the bumper, but the notches were a little too big so the bottom part was cut off.

how it turned out, with the light its all legal again haha

and heres the latest craigslist find.. most of it is being parted out, the spindles are going to my room mate, i will keep the uppers and probably end up usingthe AAL for a bit.

burg kit was more important to me.

sold off my 8.8 and all those goodies as well, fiberglass will be here soon i hope. i have a pretty free weekend ahead of me.
to do list for the weekend;
help blake put in his coil spacers
weld on my new super 44
paint the rear bumper
flip the hangers
detail everything on the truck
move the duallies
finish my projectors
reseal the leaky back window
draw up a new gas tank crossmember so i can get to making that, hate how the driveline hits at droop
also need to price out a new power steering pump as i think mines on its way out.

Sounds like alot of work lol. This weekend I'm going to buy some hids and hopefully put in my thrush welded.

Better post some pics at the end of the weekend!

i doubt ill even get half that done too. i need the projectors done asap, i lost an hid bulb in my stock housings. not that its any less safe, just bugs the shit outta me to just see one headlight.
