yeah CA Highway can be a pain, it varies alot though, the guy that helped out with my rear end was really chill.

glad to finally have time away from work to get some truck stuff done. goal for tomorrow is to get the shell wired and sealed, and reinstall lift blocks. other than that just give it a once over before we hit the road to SLO.

yep...If I do it myself, I pick up the motocraft oil+filter from walmart, or if I have someone do it, it goes to the ford dealer, and they obviously only use motocraft

oh it was. did wiring an sealed the camper shell, then had my thanksgiving feast, then went back to work..

didnt get the lift blocks back in but i got the second OEM fog switch wired to the camper shell rack lights, and got those hooked up now. sooo much light i love it, alternator hates it.. thinking about an LED bar on top instead.

everything was fine up until saturday afternoon.. thermostat got stuck, not letting cooled water back into the radiator. she got so hot that the water pump blew and spilled coolant either way. right now im back in sac but the truck remains in SLO.

always a sad sight seeing your truck being towed
mine got towed when it was low on tranny fluid and gears wouldn't engage..
Hopefully you get that fixed soon!
