About a week after I got in the truck (and I didn't know jack shit about vehicles) I noticed the temperature gage was way past the h. I told myself I would look at it when I got home. About five minutes later I had a blowout while pulling into my driveway. Replaced the radiator, engine didn't skip a beat. Good ole 3.0

I'm getting close to 100,000 miles. I wouldn't be a happy camper if anything happened to the cooling system. I really don't like to mess with engine work.

I think my truck was right at 170,000 when that happened.

I'll be happy if I make it to 140,000 before I start replacing things like water pumps and radiators.

I have no idea what my truck was like at 140,000 miles. I got it at like 167,000 and got rid of it just shy of 200,000 and the radiator was the only thing I had to replace.

Just check to make sure the pulley doesn't have any play in it. It's an easy fix for me but not sure about your motor. I could probably replace it again in about an hour.

It's not terrible, but it's not fun either.

Well that is the support, but I'm just fixing my bumper and repainting it so I threw this on in case I need to drive the truck somewhere. lol.
I'm still unsure on the 06+ bumper.

Yes. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if I lived in the country. But I live in the city, and my truck is a cop magnet. I get my plates run at least twice a week.
