It's a piece of colored cloth that represents a nation.

Now I am not going to get into the "rights" battle but really think about it. He is not putting a United States flag in his vehicle where it is seen everyday to disrespect it, he is putting the flag up because he loves what it represents. That flag represents the nation in which most of us live, a nation that is far more privileged and free then most.

In this day and age when people are so worried about offending others and upholding political correctness, there are individuals who shrug that off and display the flag with pride, as Ryan has done.

The other argument I have is that if you love your country, whatever country that may be, you should be allowed to display that in a tasteful way. As stated earlier, he isn't burning it or letting it touch the ground, but rather putting it in a place he and anyone else has the chance to see on a daily basis and pay respect for those that have allowed him the ability to have that flag in the first place.

very very well said. and to all the critics lay off. seriously, i showed this to 4 vets and they smiled when i showed them, you know why? because he is PROUD to display this flag to anyone and anyone that is proud to do this should never be dissed or made fun of. period. grow the fuck up guys

yeah, It has seemed to of gotten worse. There use to be almost no one talking shit on here. Kinda sad you can't post something up of your truck, without people talking shit about it.
But I think it looks good, whatever way you wanna show your pride should be fine.
I think it looks pretty good though, haha I just wouldn't take that much time to do it myself.

Don't leave because of a few *******s. There are a lot of them anywhere online. Many of them feel like big men because they can say shit online.

I love your flag. It looks pretty cool.

Again I am going to ask you not to leave. There are not too many of us here who run Gen 2 rangers. Don't let the couple *******s get to you, all they want to do is cause problems.

I like your truck a lot man, and thanks for serving our country the way you do! I hope you'll stick around and continue to update on the progress of the truck.

Build Update:

4/8/11 - New Dashboard face plate. The Old one was becoming discolored and had sun damage. Started my Engine Swap, Found a Good donor and the local Pick N Pull and has only been in the yard 2 months it was in a front end accident. Everything was intact on the engine, He had a Pushbar/Brush Guard on the front which saved the engine.

4/14/11 - Removed my Spare Tire/Carrier. Added my "TheRangerStation.com 20 Horse Power Sticker" To the rear window.
