Finally got back to work on this thing. Got the coolant lines ran and the new tires and wheels installed friday


Today I started on the interior, becuase the radiator is inside the cab I had to box it in to keep from getting myself int rouble should a hose or something blow.
I dont have any fancy tools at my place so it snot as good as I could have done at my cousins shop but it will do. Top panel is screwed on so it can be easily removed to allow better access to the radiator and battery. Though the door does still open for quick access.








In this pohoto some of the stuff isnt all the way riveted down ( I ran out of rivets) so it looks a bit off but you can tek what im attempting to do atleast.

Hoping to get that stuff finished tommorrow so I can spray a coat of paint on it all and get my seat and belt permantely mounted by days end.

Hoping to start exterior finishes weds and have it painted thursday.

Had to get the visor from my old 2wd back on there for sentamental purposes




I forgot to put hardner in the black paint so I'm now held up waiting for paint to dry, I cant really do any body work and sanding until its dry so I dont end up with a crap ton of dirt in it.

I sitll need to put the hood pins in but they wont be here until tommorrow. But its basically done. I could race it tommorrow if I wanted to. I'd still like to repalce the shocks, add a quick disconnect steering wheel, some sort of exhuast, and swap to manual hubs. I'm hoping once its all painted I can get a few local buisnesses to sponsor me and provide the above 4 things.

Paint is on, I changed it up and went with Kubota orange this time I still need to install the hood pins and the rool cage padding, they should be here fedex today.


I'm not entirely happy with the front end around the grille but there wasnt much else I could do??









For the record, I HATE this paint. Its valspar from TSC, Ive used other tsc paint and it was easy to paint, this stuff even thinned down was chunky and I had to spray a real small pattern, and it doesnt cover very well either so it takes alot of paint.
