What would you do? Frame swap?
Here's the deal...#24 has a bad motor. I bought it without it running and I got it to start but the motor is shot. What do you think...

I would say swap the body to the 4x4 because the values of 4x4 seem to be like triple than a similar 2wd. Also, I think you need some more stock ranger parts in your garage. I bet you won't have to buy an air filter or heater core for a ranger for the rest of your life. lol

no swaping frame to a 4x4 John, just swap the motor out and sell it, you will spend more and get less for a 4x4 swap, than to spend less and get more for a 3.0 swap. I likes the sound of the second option,

I voted to swap the motor not realizing you already had a 4wd frame. I agree with West, return on 4wd would be a lot more than 2wd.
