Default 08 Ranger sport build

hello,
i figured id just put one project log for everything rather than all the small stuff in different boards. anywho, on to the truck. its a 2008 ranger sport 2wd. 3.0 auto, reg cab. i just finnished getting all my parts in and so in the next couple of weeks ill be updating.
parts to be installed:
flomaster super 44 2.5 piping w/ chrome 8" tip
underdog performance pullies crank, alternator and waterpump
gatorback belt
doestch ucas and 2" lift coils (soon to be camburg 2.5, depending on the ride quality)
procomp es9000 shocks
belltech 6400 shackles
there probably will be more in the future, i just havnt thought of it yet.
heres some pictures of the truck and the components going on:

it already has this in it:

Very nice. Let us know how the pulley install goes. I am curious about the install procedure on that. Do the camburg coils give you a softer ride than the doetsch you think?

ya the camburg coils are progressive, and also 2.5 inches of lift, the doestch ones i have are 2 inches of lift. im going for the level look, so if the ride sucks and the front isnt level with the rear ill get the camburg ones, their $250 which isnt bad considering its whats used in their 1800 dollar kit.

got the pullies on tonight, its not as easy as people let you think. the alternator pulley is much smaller than the stock one, so tightening it was very difficult. the crank pulley was hard to take off, easy to put on, and the water pump was only difficult because of the fan, which went back on very easy. air tools are a must, or a good electric impact gun. i have limited mechanical skill, but managed, so i bet most people will be able to do it. pics will come in the morning.

looks good, you dont really see too many regular cab sport rangers, most seem to be extended cab..
any plans for a cold air intake or a K&N air filter??
nice thought with the chrome exhaust tip though

That is true, but I bet that filter is alot easier to take out than the stock one with the A/C line sitting in the way.
