You're right... It is only 1 clip. I just screwed around with mine for a minute and it popped out.

haha fail for stephen! the gear indicator comes out very easy. there are 2 tabs that keep it in. once you pull the tabs from the body it pulls out very easily

Dan --

what kind of pistol is that, hiding in your console? do you have plans to mod the console a bit more to create a 'holster' for it?

It is a S&W 645. and i wasnt planning on making a holster for it, it normally isnt in my pick up. but i think a paddle holster would work fairly well in my expo console...

I had a buddy of mine (Noah Brock, former Ranger owner) build up a mounting plate for my gun safe. It mounts in the back using the jump seat bolts. If I can't carry it with me (at the Post Office, or in a court building, etc), I can pop it in the safe.

sorry i havent got any pics up, today has royaly sucked. im preparing to move and i went out to start working and decided to go get a drink, while i was in the store some one yanked my ipod. luckily it was nothing else. i did have an eye witness and got a great description and the fella who yanked it has been seen at the store multiple time and tends to loiter... plus it was right in front of the camera! so did the police report thing and got the SN to him and yada yada yada... hopefully justice will be done... if not im going tweeker hunting.
