I'm tryin guys, ye ole cash pile is low.
And yeah, once I get the engine and rear in and plumbed I'm going to build a cluster.

Planned mods: 5.0 swap (got the donor already, it's nardly), 4/5 suspension drop(DONE), traction bars, 8.8swap, 3.55's w/LS . Auto to Manual conversion. Lots more in the works.

Yeah, fixin up a Ranger will usually cause the ye ole cash pile to go pretty low.
So, Are you going to build a factory 2004 + cluster or are you going to build a cluster with custom gauges?
I hope you're going to keep build a 2004 + factory cluster and let everyone know how you did it. That has kept all of the 2004 + Ranger owners from doin a V8 swap.

I'm no electrical engineer, and one of them might have problems with that. All new and non-ford, sorry.

That's ok ... I didn't think you would be able to keep your 2004 gauge cluster. I wish someone or some company would figure out how to let us 2004 + owners keep out OEM cluster.
