Please do some research before you just jump into building suspension. The stock upper arms are cast and should not be extended. The lower arms if extended should be completely boxed and plated with internal ribbing. Look into these guys - http://www.btf-fabrication.com/
I have the upper arms, brandon and travis are great guys and have some arm kits for great prices.

dude. i know you from dezert rangers. haha. trust me. im not extending them. those plans were thrown out months ago. that was last resort stuff. im doing tubular lower arms in the future. runnning spacers for now
in case you havent seen my fabrication potential, check my other build thread. i know suspension inside and out now. this truck will only get better from our short course ranger

Re: Project Dark Shadow (2008 edge prerunner)
I have a wrecked Ford Ranger 2003 4x4 and instead of buying new fenders I want to put Baja fenders on. In the last picture, what size tires do you have?
Is it stock suspension in the photo?
I have to do fenders first, then tires, then suspension when the wife lets me, so I want to know if I just do fenders and tires, will it look tacky?
BTW, your truck looks really good. You have a nice setup.
