While waiting for the windshield to come in I got a couple more things done.

Fuel filler neck now has a home and I got around to making a rear bumper, which turned out much better than I thought it would. Even managed to make the OEM plate lights fit perfect.

Also got the manual locking hubs installed finally and now the 4x4 works perfect.

Got the windshield in and i wasn't impressed with the install since he put it in very tight to the drivers side and left a gap on the passenger side instead of centering it..

I left it out in the rain after it dried for a day in the garage and no leaks.. on the front window, back window had a steady stream on both top corners.

I pulled that and like many other posts I've seen the sealant was pulled away at the top corners and letting water run in freely.

Should have new sealant tomorrow but on the plus side it made it much easier to scrape off the old bubbly tint.

While I was at it I pulled the seats and cleaned them with an upholstry cleaner, much better than they were.

Got some mudflaps made up, once the window is back in the deck will be sheeted with plywood (temporarily) bolt the mudflaps underneath and make an appointment for the inspection.

Maybe she will be roadworthy by next week!

Sad to say but, one of the better looking welds that have been done so far are on a temporary bracket. Lol

Sad to say I still have not managed to get the inspection completed, I got the deck sheeted over and then noticed that the tires I have are dry rotted close to where the bead seats to the rim. Needless to say I had to get new tires sooner than expected.

Luckily I was going with 17" rims so I can use my 33" duratracs i have from my f150 and we had a brand new set of take offs with less than 500km on them at work.

Got the new rims in the other day and got everything mounted up tonight. Will see how they fit tomorrow, hopefully no rubbing but all should be good.

Here's an update on what's gotten done this evening. Wheels fit much better than expected. I will get a full picture of her new stance once I have the power steering line replaced. Then I can also see if I have any rubbing issues. Seal on the lower pressure line was pissing out fluid everytime I'd move the truck so I ordered up a new one and should be here friday.

Got my power steering leak fixed up so I took her for a spin to see if there was any rubbing.

Happy to say that under normal road conditions not a bit of contact anywhere.

Now that I know all is good I can get the deck covered again since I had to remove everything to add the wheel wells.

Inspection is booked for thursday so hopefully she passes.

And as a little gift for passing shes gonna get a new toy. But if it doesn't pass I will just put it on the f150 for now in case i need to drag a moose out of the trees.

Got the mount tacked together, now starting to do the finish welds on all the corners then I will get the fair lead mounted up and mark for the center cutout and clean all the lines up. Might have it done this weekend if works holds off.

Got her all done. Sprayed the front of the frame with undercoating while it was all apart and clean.

Hasn't even been installed 24hrs and already "unintentionally" got stuck. Lol. Definitely wouldn't have tried going through this spot before today.

Was nervous that the front crossmember wouldn't hold up to the winch since I tore it off my last ranger pulling out an avalanche but so far so good.

Welded up the diff today, also painted the cover.

Now that hunting season is over I will probably get back into building up the truck.

Also replaced the fuel filter a few days ago trying to get rid of the issue where it sometimes dies after starting, helped a bit.
