Re: 2006 FX4 Level II
So a nice little upgrade coming...
Ordered up a set of falken wildpeak MT. I had the first gen all terrain from them and loved them, have been waiting for ages for the mt to commit, and now that it's out and I need tires I ordered em!
I decided to go with 35's as well. Go big or go home right!!

Re: 2006 FX4 Level II
I loved the AT02s I had on my 99. If they still had that design I'd have them on my 150

Re: 2006 FX4 Level II
Alrighty, update time.
got my new tires in, still waiting on wheels though so not on the truck yet. but I couldnt help but set them beside for a quick idea... im gonna have to trim a bit lol.
Also got around to changing out my rear ujoint. Not as bad as last time, but it's not good when rusty dust comes out when you take the cap off lmao....

Re: 2006 FX4 Level II
Holy shit that's a big tire! If you haven't already its time to max those t bars and while you already got chevy leafs you might want another 2" back there for when off roading
Also what wheels are you getting?

Re: 2006 FX4 Level II
I'll see how much room I have when they're actually mounted and on the truck. I have access to a lift so I can really get in there and under and see where it's going to contact. I'll use ratchet straps to cycle suspension when it's in the air and see.
As for wheels, probably just the same as I have now but new, pro comp d windows.
I'm getting a price on some method double standards too though, if those aren't crazy expensive up here I'll get those.

Re: 2006 FX4 Level II
Yeah the methods would be nice, lighter wheels would help. The falkens are 78lbs a piece lol. Beefy ass tire, not gonna puncture those suckers.

Re: 2006 FX4 Level II
How did your Hankook Mud terrains perform? I have 32x10.50x16" hankook Dynapro ATMs, but I'm thinking of getting mud terrains...

Loved the hankooks, they were great. Can't wait to get these falkens on though, been waiting for them forever.
