Huh. I actually like the paint splatter thing. Probably won't do it to mine but that looks sweet.

Thanks,
It was time consuming and I was debating on doing it for awhile but I think it turned out how I thought, and just 1 can of paint and 1 can of clear, big difference without paying too much $$$.

Re: Budget 2005 ranger xlt project log
I am planning on lifting my truck soon and was wondering what you guys think I should do. I dont want to break the bank but at the same time i want a lift that will improve the truck offroad(no bodylift) Also looking to not make it too much taller in the back just looking for some clearance in the front. I was thinking some 2" lift coils with shocks all around and just replace ball joints but anybody have better suggestions? Thanks

I see that you have had some issues with them... Anything else or only spindles?( I know you were running 35s at one point) so with the 31s it should be good to go? And also what brand spindle should I go with? Thanks

Re: Budget 2005 ranger xlt project log
Spindles are best but will increase your front track with a bit. Throw some shackles.amd blocks on the rear, and a set of longer shocks and you're set.
Or keep it stock height hehe
Interior looks good!

Thanks for the input, never considered the spindles making it wider so I'm pretty sold on that idea, and if i do go spindles, do you know if i need longer shocks or not? and do i have to worry about anything else? (thanks on the interior )

It widens the front track width 4 inches. Don't need longer shocks. But you do need an angle grinder and a couple beers.
Good opportunity to replace your rotors, bearings and ball joints if they need some love, but that's your call.
Here's my Ranger (white one) you can kinda see the difference between the front and back.
