For a good deal I'd probably do that. They're rare rims for a Ranger cause they only came on the Level 2, only available from 03-07 and only about 17,000 were produced. Those rims are forged Aluminum, and super lightweight.

They came factory with with those Alcoa rims, Bilstein shocks, 31" BFG's, and some had a manual T-case shifter and 5 speed, a "twin stick" which are awesome.

For the rims, I would pay an easy $100 a rim if they're in top shape.

Thanks for the info though learn something everyday

I've heard good things about the Methods, a lot of the Prerunner guys around here have them. And they ABUSE their trucks.

I love them, nice finish and the quality is spot on, pricey up here in Canada since I paid close to 1100 bucks for the rims but I'm really happy with them!

So i went offroading today it wasn't all that to good the trails are still pretty wet here, especially the ones in shade for most of the day. Anyways since my IFS, brakes, etc all got mud and stuff into them i felt the need to get all that c*ap out of the nooks and crannies. Have i mentioned IH8mud !!! lol (Just like the LC forum name).

But mud is on almost all the trails around here and trails are fun so its part of the game. Anyways back to the point, as most of you know mud literally gets everywhere so why did ford put these stupid holes in the quarter panels!

Does anyone know of a way to fill these up or a way to fix this problem, because at the moment its a pretty big pain to clean them out. Has anyone every welded some sheet metal covers up? Id really appreciate any suggestions or solutions.

this is how much dried up mud, sand and rocks i took out of mine today.

on the plus side i did find the previous owners spare key. Would've been nice to have known that was there the odd time ive locked myself out of the truck. I also took the time to re-organize my garage today gonna build some shelving / pegboard system soon. (i hope )

I just hose it out after every mud-season.
I have a hot water spigot in my garage next to my water heater, so that water gets to like 200* F easily.
Then I just spray the whole undercarriage to get through the summer nice and clean. Through the winter I don't hose out the mud, I just leave it.

I was 1100 off 4 wheel parts, the true bead locks are about 350 a rim

i think that's the product of 'a lesson learned' possibly. on the 97-03 F-150 they are known for the rockers rusting. they rot from the inside out. even though they appear to be 'closed/sealed' crap still gets in there and when you start to see the rust through the paint its already way too late. although the openings are a way to let dirt in they are also a way for it to escape/get washed out.
