It's super easy to make, would be a waste of you're money to even have me ship to you. It took 7' of 1 1/4" ID PVC, about 13' of 2x4 that I got from a sect we re did at work (cedar wood), 10 conduit clamps, 4 swivel conduit clamps, 25 deck screws at most, and some adhesive foam pads to protect the toolbox. Holds 7 rods very comfortably and you can very easily set the angle to you preferred degree.
