So far I've got the bench hacked down to buckets and a new center console.

I'm still working out the full build, but what is going to be for sure is:

Real Tree Interior trim (already have the stuff, just need to install)
Real tree seat covers
Paint interior black, black vinal replacing carpet, heavy floor mats.
Yank out the drivers side jump seat and put a box there with some basic hand tools and other needed stuff that I don't want in a crossover.
Screw a first aid kit on the back wall
mount a fire extiguisher to the back wall
Lund Hood scoops and "Moon Visor" on the windshield
Step bars
paint the truck blue, hurculiner the bed, crossover tool box
Possibility of a sun roof, definately OHC, and possible diamond tuck headliner with a couple extra lights in the back inside corners of the cab.

All of the above I'm collecting currently as I go until I get enough together to do most of it at once.

Undecided yet is if I'll swap the engine/tranny/transfer case and do a SAS. I've got a guy I'm going to go see next week or so to hash that out.

Just because I intend to wheel it doesn't mean it can't look halfway decent as my DD

This is a Trail Ready rear bumper, I'm going to see if I can get something similar fabbed up (Not made for my truck booo hoo)

Something I'm thinking about doing to my Ford Emblems....

They're older now, 3 and 7 as of this next month.

For making patterns, you might try getting a sticker or template of some sort (Make your own maybe) and use that following these directions. I'll try to find oval shaped flag stickers like that one, and then apply them inside the ford oval.

Ok, so I went and talked to my buddy, and he looked at my truck, and we decided a dana 30 solid axle out of a Jeep Cherokee (The one without Vacume Disconnect) with the lift coils and Limited slip, lockers in the rear, and 33" tires is more than sufficiant for what I'm wanting to do. Chevy Lowering shakle and a bigger block for the rear.

Axle, about $100
Lift Coils, About $225-250
Chevy Lowering Shakles, $40
Bigger Rear Block, $40
Beadlock Wheels..... IDK yet
Detroit Locker (Rear) $4-500?

Once done, should be perfect. My first set of tires with this build will be Pitbull Growlers. I'd shoot for rockers, but I haven't seen em in 33's.

Love the idea for the Ford Emblem. I want to totally debadge mine, but...I hadnt considered anything like what you suggested.

Ill be interested to see how you fit the jump seat area with storage as I plan on doing something similiar once I get my cab caged, seeing as I wont be able to fit people back there at that point anyhow.

Something like this, but maybe the cabinate on one side and small drawers on the other. The open space benieth is a good spot, with the pocket left by the missing jump seat, to stuff things like emergency blankets, spare jackets, rain gear, etc. As for the dimentions of this particular unit, I have no friggin Idea, but I imagine I'll have to have someone make one that will fit well back there. This also leaves a spot on top of the cabinate to mount a fire extiguisher. The cabinet itself could be used to store small items you might take out with you for, say, extra fishing gear, hunting gear, food, whatever you desire and don't care to keep in a crossover toolbox.

Along with one of these along the back wall, replacing that web type deal that comes with the truck. Extra quarts of oil, whatever can go here.

And rubber flooring from here along with husky floor mats.

The way I see it, people, overall, tend to spend enormous ammounts of time in their vehicle. And if you've got just the one vehicle that serves as a commuter, off road toy, hunting/fishing truck, and work truck, you may as well take the time to look over everything you use the truck for, and make that truck make your life easier. I hate digging around crap to find something I need NOW for example. When I was in the Army, also, I learned that organizing things by how often you'll use it is extreemely important when you have limited space. Tire chains are only used during one time of the year. No sense in having them immediately accessible in july. But around here, it rains alot. So, if something goes wrong and I end up stuck, that spare jacket will come in handy. Smaller tool boxes, jacks, jack stands, bigger tools, tow straps, tire chains, etc. should be in the truck box in your bed (If you have one).
