Wow, Sharp looking ranger! I love it!

Friday I had my gussets welded and holes for my brackets drilled.

Saturday I worked on getting the bump stops cut and test fit the coil-overs to check clearance and see any issues. I also put a list together of any hardware I was missing or anything else I needed. For some reason I was short a couple bolts for the brackets and I got some new hardware for the bump stops.

Today I got any miscellaneous hardware I needed and got started on the assembly. Got everything in place with no problems and got the truck down on its own weight. My trucks sitting pretty low right now, almost touching the bump stops. Tomorrow my spanner wrenches should be here as well as limit straps and I should be able to take it for an official test drive tomorrow night!

Limit straps installed and ride height adjusted! Coilover conversion complete! I want to change the limit strap set up and use an adjustable clevis but for now this will do.

Looks good Id like to do the Coil over conversion this spring

Tomorrow she's getting plugs/wires, oil change, tire rotation and final coil adjustment. Then an alignment early this week. Bug deflector in the trash also

More LED's, brake and reverse there awesome, almost completely LED. Also swapped out the 750 coils for a set of 650 coils.

I have a couple things in mind for the upcoming months, trying to find a decent pair of leather explorer seats and also a scrap piece of 2x6 rectangular tube to start on a rear bumper.
