Got a few packages from rock auto last week. Going mustang disc brake swap in the rear and some extended brake lines up front for the superlift. Total cost for complete mustang swap, new front rotors and rear rotors, front and rear extended brake lines...$215 not bad if you ask me.

Update:

Had a busy summer didn't do much of anything to the truck after the super lift. I cleaned up the mustang brakes and that was about it.

October:

Four wheel parts was having a big sale on tires (think they still are) and Mickey Thompson was having a rebate on the exact tires I was looking at. Picked up a set of 35's Baja MTZ's for under $600 after rebates











November:

Got all the mustang stuff painted and ready to go. Traction bars painted (for sale if anyone wants them, I can't use them with my airbags, make me an offer)

Also grabbed the 4.88 g2 gears, cover, and install kits from rwilche1.

Somewhere in here I also pulled the bed and replaced the fuel pump.



















January:

Finally got around the pulling the front diff and rear end to get the gears installed. Stripped the front diff and repainted that, the rear axle housing, and will be doing he rear driveshaft this week. Also changing the u-joints while I have it out, good thing because the rear u-joint was toast.

Also got some seat covers for Christmas, the SEM dye was holding up good for awhile but was starting to chip.

















That's where I am currently, my grandfathers shop is doing the gear install for free in their free time. Should have the axles back within the next week, then I need to finish up some paint and mount the mustang stuff and It will be back on the road. Once I get the axles back I'll get some close up pictures of everything.

Are you switching the master cylinder over as well for the disc brake conversion?
