Default Tyler's '97 XLT Build

Decided to start my own build thread. I have had my bone stock truck just shy of 3 years and since then have upgraded it to my taste. I have provided a then and now picture. I have loads of pictures from installing every thing. If anyone has any questions on how the install process went I'd gladly help answer to the best of my ability.

That's a pretty clean/sick looking truck! Other plans for it?

Yes it is lifted 4" and I plan to regear, prerunner style front bumper take a dent out of the front fender and more odds and ends. If money allows then I'd love to have long arm travel

How much of the lift affect your gas mileage? My truck is my daily driver, and I'd love to lift it but don't want to dip down to like 14 miles a gallon

It did affect my gas mileage but what size lift are you looking for?

I'm not sure. I'm thinking of either just leveling or maybe a 2 inch lift all around. I know it's usually bigger tires that will really affect your gas mileage. Something like this, just a little lower

That one looks nice now that iv had my lift for about 2 years I wish I went taller. And yes the 31's did impact my gas mileage I get about 15.5... it's decent enough for me though that's why iv been thinking about regearing

with mine I said if it's going to effect the gas millage that much you might as well go to a 4inch with 33's

You can fit 33's with a 4 inch lift and still not rub when turning?
