Default Diesel Ranger

Well I know I am new here, but might as well get something started in this section. I am not good at putting photos into threads just not sorry they are in my pictures if you would like to look at them.
I have a 1980 Benz that i bought to run biodiesel in until i got the hang of it just a test car was all.I have been driving the car for over a year and gotten the hang of making fuel. The rearend crapped out on the wagon so I started looking for a gen 1 Ranger and found a rolling body for the most part. hauled the truck ranger home and got started. So far the engine/trans is out of Ranger along with the PCM and related harness. Also pulled the stuff for the clutch and other stuff I will not be using. Next pulled the engine and trans out of the Benz along with what ever else i thought i would need pressure washed engine and pulled off trans. the next thing i going to do is test fit the engine and start mocking up mounts. If this all works out I am going to start looking for a turbo engine to install at a later date.

For the truck itself I plan on giving it a rat rod look. dropping 2 inches with the factory suspension off of my 94 splash paint it flat black and put a small stack coming of of the bed just to blow black smoke out high like the the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks just to jack with some of the guys at work.

Looking forward to following this project... and just FYI it's fairly simple to add images once you get the hang out of it. All you need to do is visit the picture in your album, right click the picture, click properties, copy the URL and put it in between the [IMG] [/IMG] tags.
