I see he hasn't been active since the 20th. He may be busy or away on a trip. That's understandable. But he's definitely gotta clear his name or give his reasoning if he wishes to continue to have trust from members here for future classifieds. Can't blame the OP for giving a warning to others. Sheesh.

I can't believe some here are defending someone who was supposed to send the OP his "goods" that he ordered on sept. 7.
He ordered from canada, and the amount of delivery time should be less than 5 working days. so, He should've received his goods around sept. 15th.
here it is sept. 28....

ive had things shipped across the border take as long as 4 weeks. and as short as 1.5 weeks. all depends on customs, and how long they want to hold it before they check it out.

my point exactly. I use to order alot of stuff from canada. Sometimes it would take a week.. other times upto a month. Hell, I had one take 2 months from the date stamp on the package.

I have care packages sent to me by my family in the United Kingdom all the time to Florida....only takes 5-7 days to arrive and that's over 4000 miles...just sayin'

If you're going to take on the responsibility of trying to sell stuff online, then you should be responsible enough to get it there in a timley manner.

First a fishing trip and now he claims he sent it to the incorrect address? Sounds like B.S. excuses to me. It doesn't take a lot of time to ship something, and it isn't hard to get the address correct.

Even if the guy isn't a scam artist, he is a fvcking idiot.

Thank you, I couldn't have said it better myself.
It's been 23 days since I sent him the money. It's pretty obvious at this point that Encoded is a scammer.

Update: October 5th PayPal is going to put the money back in my account and go after this loser.
