ya u can do that but then ur tlkin more than 2" of lift in the rear so u may need to start thinkin new shocks also.. That and u'll have some mad rake even after u max ur tbars. I'd go that route in the back if you get the 4" suspension lift cuz its better than stacking blocks like what comes w/ the kit. (drop shackels+AAL=3.75" vs stacking 3" blocks...)

Just ordered mine! How hard are these to put on? any Pics on exactly where they go, One of my shackles is rusted through just want to see if its the same part

so this will raise the back of the truck up 3in right

They go in the spot where the shackles go...thats in the rear of the truck attached to the leaf spring (the long things over the axle). Jack up and support the rear of the truck, keep the tires on the ground but get the weight off the suspension...remove the bolt that goes through the eye on the leaf then remove the old shackle...replace with longer shackle and repeat on the other side. done...be happy.

thanks i am putting a levling kit on my 1996 ranger and it added like 3 inches in the front and now the back needs like 4 in blocks on something like this any other help with this i would be grateful thanks

Like i already said, Shackels+AAL..

The shackels add about 1.75". I jus put them in my truck and they were a bitch... No joke and i have an 03 w/ normal wear and tear (rust)... They do not add 3". The only way your gonna get 3" out of them is i heard they make a +4" shackel insted of the +2" ones like we all got.
