So here's what happened:

joshawol bought the cruise wheel, but posted that he received it on the no-cruise wheel thread.

About a week after joshawol bought the cruise wheel I sent 99fordrangerxlt a message saying I'd give him $40 for the wheel, not knowing he had two wheels posted on here at the same time. He didn't post anywhere that the cruise wheel had sold. I guess he assumed I wanted the no-cruise wheel (even though he had it listed for $30, why he thought I'd want to give him MORE money for it is beyond me).

I think I've found a way to file a PayPal claim if he doesn't reply.
