clinton, i think what you are trying to do is great, and it shows how good most of the members are on here. but i think it's a little over the top. paypal will get him his money back. so i don't see the need for everyone else to send him their money. it's a nice gesture, just not needed.

I think it's needed because I wrote to a Mod about this kid a month ago and i I didn't even get a response from him. So another person gets ripped off and I should have just put it in the member reviews. So think what you want, I think it sucks this kid went as far as he did

It's been a long time since I've filed a paypal dispute but there should be an area in the dispute resolution area where you could type out your claim. From there I would basically be like "Here is the for sale thread ____ here is a picture of the item he claimed to be selling me____, here is a picture of the item I received _____, here the wrong item is even broken ______, here he offered me a refund no questions asked ______. Refund me please."
