I got the cd6 for my daughters Focus, her radio died. I ended up putting one of those old cd/cassette combo's in it and it works but she plays a lot of cd's so the cd6 would have been great for her.

I would say some could be shipping damage. However for there to be no packaging to prevent that is uncalled for.
