4 Wheel Parts SUCKS
I officially hate this company. I ordered a pair of front shocks on August 30th because they had them on their website, nothing said "out of stock" or "back ordered" so I ordered them.
Almost a week after ordering the shocks (Sept 4th), I get an email saying the shocks aren't in stock, strike 1.
I called them the same day to cancel the order and get a refund. The rep on the phone said it was cancelled and I should have my refund back in PayPal after 3 business days, ok.
Today is the 4th business day. I filed a PayPal dispute this morning before heading out and then called 4WP at around noon to see what they had to say. The rep this time said it would take up to 4 business days so I should have the refund by the end of the day today, strike 2.
Get home from work a little while ago, check my PayPal, nothing. Check my bank accounts for the heck of it, nothing. Strike 3.
Escalated the dispute to a claim on PayPal so they can help me out and get my close to $200 back from this shitty vendor. Its absurd to have a well known company have such terrible customer service, inventory management, and quality control.
