I need an answer

I am debating about buying a Harley Rocker C and a quad will either of these two products fit in the box of a Ranger with tailgate up or down. My second question is if I go with the quad i was told buy the dealership I could drive the quad over top of the wheel humps in the box and the weight of the quad will not crush them. Thats my fear right there brand new 09 Ranger with crushed wheel humps and can the tailgate take the weight without bowing over time.

I don't think you'd have to worry about your bed "bowing" im sure people have had things heavier than a quad in there.
Um im pretty sure those rocker C's are pretty long... I don't think my V-Rod would fit in the back of my bed....

Would it?...

Depending on the size of the quad you may or may not be able to fit one back there. I had a friends Raptor 660 in the back of mine and there was about 6" sitting on the tailgate so if I didn't have the toolbox it probably would have fit with the tailgate up.

You will be able to ride up over the wheel wells no problem. I also highly doubt that the tailgate will bow, but I would be worried about the tailgate straps. They were not designed to hold a ton of weight, but should be fine for loading and unloading. If you have to carry something in the bed like a quad and the back of it is sitting on the tailgate, I would throw some wood underneath that stretches near to the front of the bed to over the tailgate. That way the weight is taken off the tailgate more and spread out because of the wood.

the tailgate will bow if you drop a bike on it. my friends yoda has a bowed tailgate from unloading his bike (motorcycle) out with out a ramp. a quad will not bow the tailgate you will not crush the wheel wells either they are strong. you have to think they are built to withstand rocks flying really fast in to them. a quad is about 500 (give or take) pounds that wont be sitting on them constantly. only for a few seconds.
