great news!!!
 

well i got promoted today! this weekend i had drill for the national guard. and i passed my PT test for the first time i ran a 7:36mile and i had to run that mile in 8:30min. i had to do 17 pushups in 1min and i did 55. i had to do 17 situps in 1min and i did 40. and my SGT hensaw stoped by today and gave me my new rank i went from an E1 to an E2! and yesterday we did our "FUN RUN" and that was a 4mile run im happy to say i ran all 4miles!!! and i pretty excited and ready for basic!!! they told me if i keep this up i have the chance of being promoted again before i leave!!! im not getting my hopes up thou. and i have the chance to be promoted again in basic and AIT!!! but i got my new rank so i can put it on my battle book extreme!!! the first pic is before i was when http://i496.photobucket.com/albums/r...9/IMG_1578.jpgi was an E1 and the second was is now when i am an E2http://i496.photobucket.com/albums/r...9/IMG_1579.jpg

Congrats bro, thank you for serving. Not to burst your bubble, But in basic they will more than likely promote E-1's. They never promote E-2's, E-3's or the occasional E-4 in basic. But who know's, maybe you will get honor grad. RSP eh? When is your ship date, and where ya goin' to basic and AIT? MOS?

fort jackson my MOS is 91B. and yea i didnt think i would but im gonna try my hardest to do the best i can so i can get promote again!!
