Still new to this. This replaces current light? I would like to be able to switch the light OJ whenever I wanted

Same here....These are compatible with the standard NO button dome light in the ranger? All i have in mine is a dome than can be turned on from the dash.

Still no info on regular cabs or if the light aims properly in a regular cab.. That's what I was wanting to know..

I was just reading about this mod and came across this.....

"on a side note for us regular cab guys, the install requires a couple of modifications to be "perfect". ....blah blah blah...... the other thing is that since its mounted on an angle (no flat ceiling at that spot like a supercab) the map lights kinda point at the top of the dash." - Taken from another forum

What if you put it in backwards. Just a thought.
