Finding trails??
 

Wats up, I've been lookin everywhere on the internet for 4x4 trails to take my truck on. No luck:( I live in wisconsin and am pretty willing to drive places to find some trails. are 4x4 trucks usually allowed on atv trails? cuz i know where some of those are in wisconsin. What would be a good way to get some info on trails?

it depends, usually a 4x4 is allowed on OHV trails, but if it says its ATV only, then its ATV only. heres the DNR page for Wisconsin, they list some stuff

Off Highway Vehicles. What that means, IDK. Perhaps not road legal.

i gotcha.. Im jus havin a hell of a time finding places to do some trail ridin in/near wisconsin. I guess im jus gonna have to do it redneck style haha. ugh

This is where i plan on going in a few weeks but it's not near you

I use Google maps, sometimes you can get a good view on sattelite, check the elevation. You just can't check for gates or access.

haha if redneck style = driving out in the country till you see a dirty road and then drive down the dirt road then thats what me and my friends do... we've found tons of badass spots that way haha
