How do you remove the paking lamp??

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 4.0 ex-cab 4x2. So far I love it especially that 4.0. Any who, I am starting fix a few details on it. One, is the parking light lense. It is broken and I want to replace it, but do I removing it. Its the amber lense on the front corners next to the head lamps. I would appreciate any help.

thanks
George.

undo your headlight, remove headlight. there will be two bolts holding the corner light on. unbolt them, undo light fixture from lamp. replace lamp same way you took it off.

There should be a bolt or screw on the back side or under the light between the light and the bumper but im not sure cause i have a 99 and 98 ranger and thats how its on mine

On my 01 you must remove the headlight first by pulling up on the two metal brackets on the left and right top to free the headlight housing assy. Then turn the HL bulbs 1/4 turn or so to free them from the HL assy. Once this is done you can gain access to the screws on the inner part of the parking light assy. I think there are 2 of them located on what would be best described as the "backside" of the PL assy.
Might want to wait on some more feed back from some others with your particular year, but I think it should be pretty much the same process.
