Help me choose a camera

So I am looking for a very rugged camera that I will use during fishing, hunting, and of course taking pics of the truck. Features that I am looking at are somewhat waterproof, shockproof, and coldproof while still taking good quality pictures. I know its a lot to ask from a camera. Went to some stores today to check out the selection and found two cameras that looked ok. Thought I would see what you guys think.

Here are the two:
Pentax Optio WG-1 Black

Fujifilm FinePix XP50

Or any other suggestions you guys have would be great.
Thanks

Pentax looks alot more rugged, and survivable, for playing outdoors with.

Bought the Pentex! The thing looks like it will take anything I throw at it. Pretty good quality pics too, for a P&S.
