dropped with fender flares
 

I have a 2002 xl std cab that I'm droping 5inch. I got a xenon lighting styl front bumper I'm looking to put stock. fender flares on it how do u think it will look with the front bumper and the flares and just the drop in genral with the flares

like 4x4 flares? what about stx flares? that would look cool, why cant you go fiberglass like the baja style with a smaller buldge? a little fiberglass work to the lower portions where they meet the door and bumper to blend it in, i bet it might look kinda cool, see if one of the guys can photo shop it?

Yea I was thinking about the 2002 edge flares painted white after I do a lil shaving

I think it'll look hella horrible with the bumper sucked flush with the body and the flares poking out, but hey, if that floats your boat, sweet.

i agree with fastncrazy1 go with a small baja fender flair it would make the truck wider soo u can tuck more and it would also have the illusion of being lower to

Haha, it was posted in my Soft 8 pic request thread on RPS. So I was like OH!

If you get tires that will tuck, which you'll need to if you go a full 5" drop, the flares will look ghey, cause they'll stick out way past the tires. With a 3/4 drop, you can pull them off and make it look good, but the logistics of a 5" drop make the flares a bad idea. No maybe if you stretched the fender a bit, that could be cool, 'cause you could run a wider tire and still keep it out at the edge of the wheel.
