1999 ranger 4.0 IDLE

I have a 1999 ranger 4x4 with 4.0 -problem being idle sits at about 1200- 1300rpm at idle and it should be 750-800 at a corner with deep snow it is hard to slow down because of fast idle -Any suggestions?????thanks Rich

it the truck warm when this happens? could be the IAC starrting to go... did this just start? did you change anything?
