Washer Fluid Not Spraying? 04 Ford Ranger
 

Hey guys whats up, just picked up an 04 ford ranger this past month and I'm trying to get it dialed in. I noticed the windshield washer fluid just gurgles out and wont spray. I'm thinking the pump is bad but I'm hoping its an easier fix...any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks

the spray nozzle is clogged.
the hose could be crimped somewhere
the pump is not working properly anymore

try checking them

yeah definitely filled it up lol... Im gonna check the hoses and whatnot. I was thinking maybe theres a common spot that gets clogged or something.

see if there is a hole or something in any of the lines, It may be a pressure thing, or a clog. It doesn't make sense to me that its the pump since it gurgles and seems to run.

Is it cold where you are at? I don't know where SLC is. Anyway, not all washer fluid is the same. Some fluid is not rated for cold weather and some is and will freeze if you are in a cold climate. It's been run across a time or two on another forum I belong to.

Well it turned out to be a bad clog.....I blew out all the lines individually with and air hose and it cleared it right up. Thanks for the input though
