Can you adjust the clutch on a 1987 Ford Ranger?

I was drivin one day and i noticed the pickup decelerating, so i pulled over and then i couldnt drive it anymore, when i would let off the clutch it would just stay in one spot and wouldnt move, is there anyway i can adjust the clutch, or wat

Sounds like you need a new clutch. The clutch mechanism is hydraulic and I believe it is non adjustable. If the truck is in gear and you let off the pedal, it should cause the truck to move or the engine to bog down. If not, the clutch is worn to the point that even an adjustment likely wouldn't correct it.

I had the same thing happen. A new clutch is the cure!
