4.0 SOHC engine performance upgrades?

Here are my limitations: No turbo or supercharger. Planning to get a exhaust system. What you guys got?

Mine is stock except for the CAI and screamin demon coil pack

probably not, aha i notice a difference with my dynomax ultra flow cat back system.. don't bother replacing the cats the stock ones flow really well from the factory. my system gave my truck more low end grunt

my exhaust helped a little. freed up the engine a little. i still have all the cats on tho. i prob only gained a couple horse...

id say a tuner is your best bet. then a camshaft and valve springs, headders, port and polish the heads, catbacks, and theres a lot of little things that might gain you another couple horses
