Did you check the wire that plugs into the pressure switch? I just replaced my sending unit too and the wire/connector was really dirty.

Just curious...

What kind of oil filter are you using?

mb128 11-17-2009 12:48 PM

umm its one from this place called lighting lube its part of shell

Some people have complained of low oil pressure when using certain filters. Fram comes to mind. But at the same time, there are some who've never had a problem with those.

I'm not suggesting your oil filter is part of the problem, but you may want to try something else next oil change, just to rule it out for sure.

they dident ask wat oil i wanted or oil filter they just searched it in there computer and put in was was recamended so i have no clue wat oil is even in it. it doesnt tell me on paper i got from them im not going to take it there again i might do it by myself how hard could it be? i do change my oil in my dirt bike so i have a idea of how to do it

It couldn't be any easier. I can literally change my oil in 5 minutes. Don't even need to jack it up.
