Engine noise when starting on cold morning

My 2000 3.0 v6 gets a noise for about 2 minutes when warming up in the cold. It sounds like it is coming from one of the belt drive areas in the front right (away from driver) part of the engine compartment. Like it needs lubricant. I waiting until the sound is going away and drive. It goes away when it is warmend up. Should I be concerned or is this just to be expected?

Thanks for your help and advice.

my ranger makes a sound when i start it to like a clicking sound. click click click click. it does it like that but fast. i had it checked out they said it might be a timing chain adjuster. there was some recall about those in the explorers. some rangers might have it to he said. it might be that. but maybe a lot worse then mine. just a thought :)
