2001 Ranger SAS
 

Got all the parts purchased to start the SAS. Im doing Dana30 front, because this is my DD didnt want anything full width. Im doing Coil Spring and radius arm suspesnion for the smoother ride. With 6 in lift springs. Ballistic heim joints, coil bucks, shocks. 94 Toyota steering box, tapped into hydro assist. Ill keep pics posted throughout the project. Hope this comes out how i planned.

Are you going to use cherokee lift springs with the ACOS leveling system on them? That would probably be your best bet and would give you more flex

Nah never even heard of them. I going with ajustable coil buckets. Either weld the cold in place or build a retainer to bolt it in. This is what i got.

Yea that's not a bad looking kit. Make sure you look at their steering section too...I have thier kit on my 1 ton F150

I have the special reamer you're gonna need if you want it, you can buy it off of me for $50 +shipping...I bought it for around $150 and used it once...its the best one on the market.

The guy thats helping already has the reamer for the pitman arm and steering components. But i do appriciate the offer.

Lol Thats quite a travel. But now that parts are in im just waiting for my coil springs and shcoks to come in and ill be gettin into it.
