Where can you find black Ford emblems?
 

I cant seem to find any online anywhere.

I'm wanting to do my emblems black, and have Ranger written in white on the sides.

The Ford emblem on front and back, trying to get it black and white also.

Is there anyone on the forum that can do this, or somewhere I can buy it? Thanks

Sorry to bring an old thread back to life, but I never found anyone who was capable of doing this.

I have a 2011 Ford Ranger Sport. I'm looking to get the front and rear Ford emblem as well as the side Ranger emblems all blacked out if its in ANY way possible.

If anyone else has any ideas, please let me know.

Hi Ryan,

After a ton of research I tracted down a British supplier, DMB Graphics, who manufactures and sells FORD ovals in a wide variety of colors other than blue/navy and silver/chrome. They advertise that they will ship internationally. They will make North American oval sizes and ship directly from the UK to Canada. I assume they will also ship to the USA, but I can not confirm that.

After entering into an email exchange with a company sales rep (David Bonning), I ordered and paid for two (2011) 9 inch Black and Chrome FORD gel overlays (not decals). They can be used either directly on the truck with the adhesive backing after removal of the factory pieces (and will cover up the holes), or overlay directly over the existing emblem, entirely covering the existing blue area. I had to send pictures of the front and back of the truck and measure exactly the length and width of the emblems, the distance from the chrome base to the blue color and the exact size of the lettering. They are making them to those specifications.

The entire cost for the two black and chrome gel emblems to fit the North American 9 inch blue oval, including shipping to Canada, is 21 Pounds Sterling, about $32.00 CAD. They quoted that they would ship them in 7 days from the time I ordered them by credit card last week, so I expect them to arrive within another week or two. I guess I will be the guinea pig to see what they are like.

I've recieved notice that the new black and chrome FORD gel overlays for the 9 inch emblem will ship today from the UK. Should be here in Canada within a week. So, the truck will no longer be black and blue, but black only.

Only issue is that I want ALL of the chrome gone, said, and done from my truck.
