CB Speaker Output, To Door Speakers?

Has anyone ever wired their CB speaker output that lets the use of external speakers to be used to make it so it's easier to hear the radio if the windows are open during driving? I'd like to figure out how I can use the external speaker jack output of my cobra cb, and wire it with a toggle switch, so I can flip the toggle switch on, and my head unit will turn the music off, and be able to play the incoming calls on my cb on my door speakers. Would I just have to bypass the speaker connections in my radio harness that connects the radio harness to the door speakers?

i doubt it. unless there is a adapter out there that would adapt from a head phone jack to a USB. i used to have a 2 amp setup where i tapped into my RCAs and could use my headphone jack to plug into my phone/cb output/whatever. so i could shut off my sub amp and my other amp would power my door speakers playing my cb output.

unless you have an amp that could boost your cb output to power your door speakers, idk how you could do it.
