2.3 plastic intake leaking behind P/S pump

My 03 has a rough idle but runs good above 2000 rpm.I can hear air leaking behind P/S pump.I removed the pump and saw a hole in the intake close to the head,with a small metal rod sticking out.Can it be repaired or a new intake?
