Engine trying to cut out? PLEASE HELP!
 

Every once and a while my Ranger will be sitting in idle at a stop light and it starts shaking real bad and making sounds like it's trying to cut out. So when it does this, I put my foot on the brake and the other foot on the gas. That doesn't seem to help much. It's a 1999 Ford Ranger Sport. Help?

i sorta get this only when a/c is on but it never turns off so i dont worry about it.
