Wheel and Tire Questions
 

Hey Forum.
So I'm at the stage for new rims and tires. I have a 99 ford ranger 4x4 extended cab. Im set on a flat black or black finish but really dont understand tires and wheels that well. So basically rangers have a set lug pattern so outside of that and spacing what else do I have to worry about. It looks to me like 31's will fit as the truck sits stock suspension wise. Am I correct in assuming this? anyone else with a 99 4x4 ranger or at least experience with this know a good size. Im looking for just a basic off road looking set of rims, imitation beadlocks wheels you know that kindof look. I'm pretty convinced on a set of general grabbers those things just look nice. Any suggestions on the wheels though something cheap(I know I should probably save up and get a better set but times are tough and this is a gift to my self) so somewhere near 70-120 bucks a rim. Any suggestions?

get pro comp series 152 rims. theyre like $55 apeice and are simulated beadlock. and yes 31s are a proper size for yor truck, i wish i had the grabbers.. :(

Dick cepeks, lil pricy but look great imo, ( why i have them) not a fan of the general grabbers im all BFG, but its your ride. or like 2004xlmiller said, steelies for it cheap rim. but there heavy

Holy bias, batman! I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest rims that I don't own.

I personally dig Dixie's rims.

agreed lol. damn his truck is clean. i try to keep mine that way but black shows all lol.
