97 2.3 Runs ruff and Idle go up and down???????
 

It runs ruff. will idle fine when started. but when she warms up the idle will go up and down. up and down for a few minutes. then it will settel down. but still runs ruff. If i yurn on the A/C it really starts actting crazy. The up and down starts and it sound like the engine is going to come apart. It has 200k on it. Been a real good truck. have kept it up. But I don't know what is wrong with it. THINGS CHANGED>>> Fuel filter..Plugs wires.<3 times>. Exhaust Gas Reciruation (EGR) system.Throttle Position (TP) sensor. Mas Air Flow (MAF) sensor. Idle Air control (IAC) valve. Fuel Pressure (FP) sensor. Also have loss of power going up big hills. If I'm doing 65 it will drop down to about 50. And sometimes I have to stift into 4th. I have put alot of money and time into this truck. Would love to know how to fix my Baby back up and get her running right.

must be a vacuum leak somewhere if you have replaced all those things

or, perahps the rings are worn. low compression will make it run like shit
