WTB: Jet Chip

Looking for a chip to get me past that 91 mph cutoff. Not looking to spend much jus intrested.

Is that why my engine stops accelerating at 90? That was pissin me off cause I couldn't find out why

Yup. You need a tuner or a chip to disable it. If you want to inquire more about it feel free to open a new thread.
